"Pretty easy site to use, right?"
I thought wendellaboats.com was laid out well overall. The pages are simple and don’t feel too cluttered, which made it easy for me to find the boat info without having to click around forever. A few sections could probably use more details and some clearer photos, don’t you think? But in general, the site is organized in a way that makes sense. Not perfect, but I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars.

"Getting drinks onboard was super easy"
I was in a relaxed mood when I got onboard, and the bar made it even better. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly, so grabbing a drink was no hassle at all.

"Wish I’d Grabbed Food Somewhere Else"
The drinks were nice and cold, which I appreciated, but the snacks were just okay. I kind of regret not bringing something with me or stopping somewhere beforehand because I really wish there had been more to choose from.

"Felt really safe the whole time"
Booked through wendellaboats.com the safety part is what helped me chill out. They checked everyone’s life jackets, did a quick clear briefing before we headed out, and nobody made it feel rushed or awkward. The boat was clean and looked well taken care of too. The staff stayed calm and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, which made a big difference because I’m not always the most confident on the water. But this time I actually felt fine the whole... yeah, just a really good experience. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Fair Enough, I Guess"
I had to cancel my boat booking at the last minute, which I was definitely not thrilled about, but the cancellation policy was easy to understand. I got most of my money back like they said I would, though it did take a few days to show up. I wouldn’t call the whole thing perfect, but it was fair and didn’t turn into a big hassle

I booked a ride with Wendella Boats while I was in Chicago, the whole thing was really easy from start to finish. The booking process was simple, the staff were friendly when we got there, and the boat itself was clean and comfortable, which I always appreciate because it makes the experience feel a lot more relaxing. The views were definitely the best part, especially if you want to see the city from a different angle without having to walk around everywhere. It was just a nice, low-stress way to enjoy Chicago for a bit. I’d definitely do it again the next time I’m in town.

In the end, I’d say it was worth the ticket. The boat trip was enjoyable and a good deal for the price, though it did feel a bit crowded at times. Still, I’m glad I went.

"Busy but really well handled"
I went with my family and it was busy, but the lines moved better than I expected. I’ve been to places before where boarding turns into a total mess, so I was kind of ready for that, but the staff kept everyone organized without being rude or pushy. Boarding felt surprisingly calm, and overall they did a great job managing the crowd. I’d definitely go again

"Clean boat overall, just a couple small things"
I booked through wendellaboats.com the boat was clean when we got there. The seats, floor, and even the little storage areas looked like they’d been wiped down, which I really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because there was some dust in one corner and the bathroom area could’ve smelled a little fresher. Maybe I’m being a bit picky though, because it wasn’t anything major and we still had a really good time.

Just a quick heads up for anyone going on this trip: boarding was way quicker than I expected, so don’t assume you’ll have tons of time to hang around. The staff kept the line moving and it was actually really organized, not chaotic at all. it made for a super smooth start, but I’d definitely be ready to board when they call it.

"Good boat trip overall"
I booked a short trip with Wendella Boats and had a good experience. Our captain did a nice job explaining things clearly, kept the ride smooth, and stayed calm even when the river got a little busy. Boarding was a bit slow, so I’d give it 4 stars, but the captain was professional and easy to trust.

I took a boat ride with Wendella and, the seating was comfortable it was. I thought it might be hard benches or not much space, but sitting back and enjoying the views was easy. Even after a while, cramped I didn’t really feel. Nice setup overall, and it made the ride a lot more relaxing

"Easy family boat trip"
Booked through wendellaboats for a trip with our two kids, and it was smooth overall. Found the info clear enough, and the boat ride felt safe and relaxed. Staff were really nice with the kids too. Only thing, wish the site had a little more detail about stroller stuff before booking. Still a good option for families...

"Nice boat tour with great skyline views"
Booked through wendellaboats.com and overall had a really nice time. The route was good, it went along the river and then out to where you can see the skyline, which was definitely my favorite part. I’m giving it 4 stars because it felt a little rushed at one point, but otherwise it was an easy, enjoyable trip and simple to follow along.

"A Bit Stressful When It Got Busy"
The dock was easy enough to get to, but it felt like I ended up there at the worst possible time. Once it got busy, the space felt tight, and I was just trying not to be the person holding everyone up. It worked out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the easiest experience for me.
